Formal Individual Consultation
($275 & up)
  • Review of previous assessments and client history prior to the consultation.
  • Phone or in-person consultation, including written summary and recommendations.
Formal Assessment
($375 & up)
  • Review of previous assessments and client history.
  • Formal assessment(s), scoring, and written report including summary and recommendations.
  • Phone or in-person consultation to review assessment results and report.
